Ohio Guaranteed Transfer Pathways (OGTPs)
As part of the Ohio Transfer to Degree Guarantee, the Ohio Department of Higher Education (ODHE) has established and continues to establish statewide guaranteed transfer pathways from two-year to four-year degree programs in an equivalent field. This effort is directly related to Ohio’s initiatives for college affordability and degree completion. The Ohio Guaranteed Transfer Pathways (OGTPs) enable students to streamline credit transfer among the state's public institutions of higher education to find the best pathways to degree completion and then the launch successful careers. These transfer pathways are agreed upon between Ohio public community colleges and Ohio public four-year institutions and confirm that Tri-C courses meet general education and academic major preparation requirements and that credits will apply toward a bachelor’s degree. Learn more about Tri-C's approved OGTPs. Students are encouraged to periodically check for newly added OGTPs.
