Program description

Corporate College® has partnered with TAP® Series Food Safety Training to offer Ohio Level One and Level Two certification via self-paced online courses approved by the Ohio Department of Health.

  • Level One Certification in Food Protection is mandated training for any person in charge of any risk level I, II, III and IV foodservice operation or retail food establishment.
  • Level Two Manager Certification in Food Protection is a more extensive training that provides managers with in-depth knowledge of proper food safety practices for use in their facilities.
