Program description
The CNC Technology certificate program is designed for individuals looking to upskill their existing manufacturing/machining-related competencies. This programming exposes entry-level manufacturing/machining-related talent to the world of CNC technolgy. Individuals gain the insight and skills necessary to obtain an entry-level CNC operator position. They can complete individual course(s) from the program sequence or complete the entire program sequence based on their needs.

Entry requirements:
- Ability to read basic blueprints
- Ability to read traditional metrology tools utilized in the machining environment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, scales, height gauges)
- Proficiency in Applied Mathematics (Arithmetic, Basic Algebra, Basic Geometry, Basic Trigonometry)
- Understanding of the most common traditional machining platforms (e.g., mill, lathe, drill press, band saw, surface grinder)
Program cost
$4,675 for the entire five-course program sequence

- $625 per individual course
- $310 per associated lab
Financial aid eligibility
This program is not Federal Financial Aid/Pell-Eligible.

Upon completion, students receive
- Certificates for each course or lab completed
- CNC Technology Program Certificate upon completion of all five courses within the program sequence
