About: Robin Kelly has been teaching at Tri-C since August 2001. Previously, she taught "just for fun" in the MBA programs of John Carroll University and Ursuline College.
Prior to her work at Tri-C, Kelly spent more than 20 years in private sector management positions with companies, such as international sales and corporate planning for Kohler, marketing specialty products for Rubbermaid, director of marketing for Sealy, and vice president of marketing for the Tranzonic Companies. Kelly also served as the president of ENPAC in Eastlake. Her areas of specialization include management, marketing and international business.
At home, she enjoys working on her 14-acre hobby farm and playing classical guitar. She is actively involved in local political activities. But most of all, she enjoys her profession and looks forward to each new semester with Tri-C's wonderful students.

About: Sheila D. Petcavage has taught at Tri-C for over 25 years and is the lead faculty member for the Business Management (Supply Management) AAB. She co-authored the edition of the supply management textbook published by McGraw-Hill used in the supply management curriculum.
Petcavage has over 15 years of purchasing and operations management experience in manufacturing and distribution, with job titles including corporate purchasing manager at Premier Industrial Corporation, senior buyer for Johnson & Johnson Corporation's Technicare Division and materials planner/buyer at the Tappan Corporation. She holds the Lifetime Certified Purchasing Manager designation. In 2003, she received the Ted R. Thompson Award for outstanding leadership in purchasing education from the Purchasing Management Association in Columbus. The Purchasing Management Association of Cleveland recognized her with the S. Holmes Mansfield Award in 2013 for outstanding contributions to the purchasing profession.

About: Dr. Johnie L. Reed began teaching at Cuyahoga Community College in 2006. He is one of the lead faculty members for the AAB in Small Business Management.
Dr. Reed, AFC®, has earned graduate degrees in Positive Organizational Development and Change at Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School and Adult Learning and Development from Cleveland State University. He is also an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC®).
He has over two decades of industry experience in real estate finance and as an entrepreneur. Dr. Reed began his career in private practice as a loan originator in the mortgage finance industry, working for various brokers and mortgage banks. Later in his mortgage industry years, he underwrote bulk mortgage packages valued above $500 million.
Dr. Reed has been an entrepreneur, owning a commercial cleaning interest for over a decade. He currently consults in areas of small business development, personal financial and credit management for individuals and families, and diversity awareness practices for small business. He has contracted with United Black Fund, Cleveland Neighborhood Progress, and various other for profit and not for profit organization in areas of entrepreneurship development and personal financial coaching and training.
He is "Train the Trainer" certified in personal finance and credit management practices.
Dr. Reed is involved in his community as a commissioner and has held membership on multiple boards in and around the Cleveland/Akron area. Dr. Reed has a long list of community engagements and volunteerism.
He enjoys driving his classic cars and riding his motorcycles.

About: Jamil Sander began teaching at Tri-C as adjunct professor in 2022. Jamil prior experience spans over 20 years of leadership experience across banking, consulting, and wealth management sectors. Throughout his career, he has held key positions at leading organizations including KeyBank, Deloitte, and Sequoia Financial Group, with a focus on strategic relationship management, business development, and operational excellence. He serves as 2nd Vice President of the NAACP Cleveland Branch and as a Board Member of Beat The Streets Cleveland, where he contributes to advancing educational and economic opportunities within underserved communities. His professional and civic work reflects a sustained commitment to leadership, equity, and organizational effectiveness.
