The Cisco Certified Technician Routing and Switching course prepares students for on-site support and maintenance of Cisco routers, switches and operating environments. Learn to diagnose, restore, repair and replace critical Cisco networking and system devices at customer sites; understand the Cisco IOS Software operating modes and identify commonly found software; and use the Cisco Command Line Interface (CLI) to connect and service products. CCT Routing and Switching certification is one of the best ways to build a foundation and begin supporting other Cisco devices and systems. This course is for those who perform on-site installation, support and maintenance of Cisco networking devices and work with the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC).
